A U.S. tabloid’s claim that P. Diddy has proposed to Cassie has been denied, with the RNB singer dismissing the rumour on her official Myspace.
Star magazine quotes ‘a source’ as saying, “He told everyone to maintain it extremely quiet because he didn’t want it to get out, but you could tell he was excited.”
The source adds, “Diddy said they hadn’t set a date yet, but he wanted his family to hear the news first.”
Cassie, who is 17 age younger than the hip-hop mogul, wrote on her Myspace, “That rumor is completely put on and I have no clue how it came to be or why it got so braggart, but it’s not true, real talk.� I am not engaged.”
